Massicotte - Gold Royalty
Massicotte Township, Quebec (NTS 32E/13)

Updated July 2015

In February 2012, Globex sold the 45 claims Massicotte property to Adventure Gold Inc.  ("Adventure"), an active explorer in the area.  The sale agreement included a payment to Globex of $25,000 and a 2.5% Gross Metal Royalty as well as a royalty interest in another property.  The property is traversed by the Massicotte and Lower Detour (Grasset) Deformation Zone.

According to Adventure (ref. web page www.adventure-gold.com) the company has acquired 9 gold properties by staking, map designation and through third party agreements since 2009, along the Detour Gold Trend (DGT) in Abitibi, Canada.  The 9 contiguous properties consist of more than 869 claims and cover an area of 47,106 ha. These properties are strategically located over 80 km along the DGT between the Detour Lake Mine project (proven and probable reserves of 476.4 Mt at 1.0 g/t Au for 15.6M oz, ref. Detour Lake Gold Corp., NI 43-101 report, Feb.4, 2014) and the Fenelon Balmoral Resources gold deposit (measured and indicated resources of 30,217 oz and inferred resources of 11,203 oz – ref. American Bonanza Gold Mining Corp. - 43-101 report filed on SEDAR, March, 2005).

Adventure’s web page indicates that geophysical surveys are planned in 2015 for the Globex royalty area
